A long time ago in a land far away known as Kentucky, I read a book about habits. The book, which the name escapes me, referenced how habits are what shapes your life. During that time of my life I was developing some really bad habits but I remembered the book reference. Fortunately I was able to throw away those bad habits a long time ago and move forward.

This will be dedicated on the best practices for adding new positive habits into your life and throwing away the old bad ones. Some say it’s easier to add good ones and not worry about the negative habits but for me it’s not one size fits all.
